Revision - Adding and subtracting mixed number fractions
Today we are going to do a little bit of revision on fractions, in particular adding and subtracting mixed number fractions. Have a little watch of the video to help recap your memory (they may show a slightly different way than you're used to, don't panic about this, we always say there are multiple strategies to solving questions - find what works best for you ).

Today we care going to recap on adding the suffixes -cious and -tious to turn nouns into adjectives.
Remember if the root word ends in -ce then we remove it and add -cious
If the root word ends in -tion then we remove it and add -tious

Watch the first few minutes of the youtube video which talks about different magical creatures. Listen carefully to the information that the narrator is telling you about the magical creatures.
Draw and label your chosen creature, make sure you have specific information about the creature.
