Monday 27th March- Friday 31st March

This week the children showed lots of resilience, perseverance and problem solving skills in assembling their torches.  They also used their knowledge and understanding from their previous science topic when assembling their circuits with self-made switches.

What a fabulous field work trip to Sale Water Park this week. This children were using their geographical knowledge to investigate Sale Water Park and answer some interesting geographical questions. We were very lucky with the weather!

Over the last two weeks in D&T, the children have been designing and making torches for a particular person.

Week 3 - Monday 6th - Friday 10th March - The week the children have been creating their own classification keys in science

Week 2 - Monday 27th February - Friday 2nd March This week the children in 4M celebrated reading and on Thursday, we tried to beat some world records as part of World Book Day.

Week 1 - WC Monday 20th February , This week in science, the children in 4M were testing different materials to see if they were electrical conductors or insulators or not. The children even tested a banana and a potato!
