I am SO happy that we are back together in school and want to say a HUGE thank you
to 6B for all of their hard work over the home learning period.
I was so impressed with the effort of everyone and I feel very proud to be their class teacher.
Monday 22nd March - Friday 26th March
Another fantastic week in 6B!
We have been analyising pie charts in maths, continuing our journey into Wonderscape in English and have contributed to the VPJS time capsule after learning all about the Census. We wonder what children at VPJS in 10 years time will think of our time capsule!
In R.E, we have been exploring Christian Art. We made our own stained glass desgins inspired by The Easter Story. Have a look at some of our creations below.
Easter Egh Hunt!
We took part in an Easter Egg hunt around the school grounds.
The teams had to follow the clues carefully to collect all of their eggs.
Only 1 of the 3 teams in 6B completed the challenge
Well done Girls!
Monday 15th March - Friday 19th March
Over the last two weeks, we have been working on independent science projects.
The task was to share our learning about Evolution and Inheritance in a creative way.
We then had to present our learning to the class.
We had a wide range of presentations with posters, props, poems and lots of 'fun facts'.
Monday 8th March - Friday 12th March
What a fantastic week back! It is lovely to be back together as team 6B!
We have enjoyed reading Wonderscape this week.
We have created artwork inspired by the the book cover and we have created user guides for any new 'Wanderers' that will enter the Wonderscape game.
