T- 15 second plank, I- 20 star jumps, D- 10 press ups, M- 10 squats, A-20 star jumps and N- 20 burpees

A – 20 star jumps

B -  20 sit ups

C – 15 squats

D – 10 press ups                                             

E – 30 second wall sit

F – 10 burpees

G -15 lunges

H – 5 jump squats

I – 20 star jumps

J – 20 second plank

K – 10 press ups

L – 60 seconds jogging on the spot

M – 10 squats

N -20 burpees

O – 15 seconds sprinting on the spot

P – 10 jump squats

Q – 20 sit ups

R – 10 lunges

S – 30 star jumps

T – 15 second plank

U – 10 press ups

V – 20 squats

W – 90 second jog

X – 10 jump squats

Y – 15 sit ups

Z – 10 second sprint
