Hi everybody! Hope you're all fit and well and keeping your parents and carers busy and in shape looking after you! laugh

So far this half term, we have learned the following skills:

1 - To run using good posture,

2 - To compete in a long jump from a standing position,

3 - To throw an object safely, aiming to get it as far as possible.

 

                    

 

As the weather has been very wet lately with lots of thunder storms, we thought it would be a good idea to give you some activities to do this week which can be done inside your home or outside in fresh air in your garden or at the park with your parent/carer.

Try the activities below and start with a small amount of time for each one to begin with, say 30 seconds per exercise. Once you have done one set and had a little rest, see how you feel - did you feel breathless? Was your heart beating faster? If so, repeat the set again leaving your time for each activity at 30 seconds.  If you didn't, why not increase you time to 45 seconds for each activity?

 

Practise these exercises each day over the next week and try to increase your time each day - good luck!
