PE

It is important to stay active during this period of home learning. As well as keeping you physically fit, staying active can help you stay calm and positive during these tricky times. 

 

Here are a few different activities you could do with your family to get yourself moving:

 

Jo Wicks:

If you visit The Body Coach on YouTube, Jo Wicks is providing daily cardio based workouts from 9am for 30 minutes.

 

Dance to School:

Every week, a new dance routine will be uploaded by Dance To School. Each video is about 10-15 minutes long and anyone can join in!

 

Trafford Sports:

From 14th April, a P.E. lead from a Trafford based school will put up a sports challenge on the twitter handle @TraffordSSP for you to have a go at. It is our very own Mr Moroney's turn to set a challenge on Tuesday.

 

P.E. Passport:

Click onto the P.E. Passport site for lots of different activities to choose from including dance, yoga, hand/eye co-ordination skills and other personal challenges to complete.
