Rhythm refers to the length of time between each major "beat", or accent, such as in a piece of music. It is the sequence of sounds and silences which make up the rhythm.

Pulse is a steady beat like a ticking clock or your heartbeat. It can be measured in time by counting the number of beats per minute (BPM).

The word tempo means 'rate or speed'; in other words, it's how fast or slow something is happening. If you walk, you are moving at a slow tempo. If you run, you are moving at a faster tempo
