Monday 26th September- Friday 30th September
This week in art, the children have been developing their techniques for creating street art using stencils. The children made stencils from given images before creating their own stencil from their own images.
Monday 19th September - Friday 23rd September
This week 6H have been exploring classification of animals in science. To help our understanding, we first had to classify Liquorice Allsorts! Then, we used this method to classify our own animals.
In maths this week, we have been working collaboratively taking part in a 'Graffiti maths' lesson. We worked together as a table to answer some addition and subtraction problems!

We have started our 'Living Things & Their Habitats' topic in science and started by recapping our learning from all the way back in year 4!
We could remember all about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores and also the difference between vertebrates and invertebrates. We also had an interesting debate about which was the odd one out in the pictures below. What do you think?
