This final half term, we will be continuing with the exciting and wizardly world of Harry Potter. We shall complete the first book in the series written by the brilliant J.K. Rowling - Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Whist reading the epic adventure the children will be learning to:
- Write an advert including hooks and persuasive language whilst using a full range of punctuation and complex and interesting sentences.
- Write a description using a range of sentence structures, vivid and interesting language and literary features.
- Design and write about their very own wand.
- Write a recount.
